Where cancellations are received up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received within the 30 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days will result in full payment unless the facility is re-booked.

The property is perfect for water enthusiasts. Swim, or explore in the private cove when conditions are calm. If just relaxing is more your style then and settle in on the sun deck and watch the boats sail by. There are walking tracks and viewpoints. Te Whara is a modern, sophisticated, and serene space, with walls adorned with an impressive art collection - all adding to the ambiance. Very comfortable beds and quality linens all enhance your stay. Fantastic location for a small group or family getaway. We welcome children from age 8 and up.
