Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Please note The Bay House does not allow children under 13 years old without Owner’s approval. Seasonal rates and minimum stays apply. Please enquire with your dates for a quote. 25% deposit due to confirm booking. Rates are inclusive of GST (15% NZ tax), all linens and a personal welcome upon arrival.

Book with confidence. We do have flexible COVID-19 specific cancellation policies - please contact us or refer to our website. Cancellations that occur within 30 days of arrival will incur the total accommodation cost. Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival will incur a NZ$300 administration fee.
