Arrival & Departure Our check-in time is 2 pm - 9 pm and check-out time is 6 am-10 am, unless prior arrangements are made with Hotel Manger. If you anticipate an earlier arrival, please inform us of your estimated arrival time. Should you require the room before 2pm then we suggest you book your room from the night before, as we cannot guarantee an early check in. Alternatively, we are happy to store your bags until the room is ready.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

If you need to make any changes, notification of an amendment to or cancellation of your booking must be received at the hotel no later than 12 noon 48 hours prior to arrival date, to avoid a charge of a maximum of two nights accommodation. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of your reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
