If a reservation is cancelled between the date of booking confirmation and 31 days prior to the Arrival date, the deposit shall be retained by us. Peak Periods cancellations must be made 60 days prior. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the Arrival date, you will be liable for the total cost of accommodation for your stay. In the event of a cancellation, an administration fee of $250.00 plus GST, plus charges incurred by MajorDomo Ltd to cover processing related costs.

This luxury retreat is a fantastic vacation rental for those who enjoy the tranquillity and privacy of a semi-rural location, yet the shops and restaurants of Arrowtown are only a short 5-10 minute drive away, and Queenstown is also easily accessed just 15 minutes away by car. This home is close to golf courses, hiking and biking trails and local vineyards.
