Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original booking. In the case of a no-show, the full accommodation cost will be charged. Twizel Retreats is strictly a non-smoking property. Guests under 18 years of age are considered children and must be accompanied by an adult to stay. There is no charge for children under 2.
More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of any payments made. Within 30 days of arrival: No refund; full booking cost will be charged. If payments are not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes. Twizel Retreats is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to cancellations for any reason.
