Cancellation Policy angle-down

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus a $20 NZD administration fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. If the park is fully booked and a cancellation is made within the 7-day period, any unsold sites or accommodations may be charged to the cancelling guest, at the manager’s discretion, if they are not rebooked. Guests are liable for the total cost of their stay as booked.
