Your guided transfers depart from 145 Wakefield Street Wellington, a short walk from the Wellington isite bus stop. We recommend arriving at the pick-up point 15 minutes before your booked departure time. We'll drop you back off at the same spot. Additional Information Our tours frequently sell out, particularly during peak season (Oct-April). Photography is strictly prohibited whilst in our tour spaces. There is no luggage storage in the Wētā Cave or within our tour spaces.
If cancellation or changes are made within 24 hours of arrival there is no refund available. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival we will refund 50% of the total booking price. We do not offer refund or other compensation if you are late and miss your tour. If a tour cannot go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances caused on our end we will organise a refund.
