The property is 40 min from the nearest shops so remember to stock up with supplies. Because our philosophy is centred around permaculture and rewilding, we ask that you take your non-compostable rubbish with you (otherwise it is transported to Dargaville where it is transferred and taken to Whangarei to be placed in a land fill - not cool). There is mobile coverage but otherwise off the grid. The lights are powered by solar.
