Cancellation policy: Between the 25th of December and the 14th of January cancellations with less than 7 days notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. For all other dates cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations. A deposit or an authorization for a credit card deposit/withdrawal is required at the time the booking is made. Should the authorization be declined, we will attempt to contact the customer. If we are unable to contact the customer we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
