A maximum of two persons per room can be accommodated in the Premier Suite and each Deluxe Suite. A maximum of four persons can be accommodated in The Villa. The rates available for all suites are for two persons. The rates available for the Villa are for four persons. Due to the unique nature of Cabot Lodge and its surroundings, children aged under 12 are permitted to stay only with exclusive-use reservations.
No cancellation fee is applicable to any booking 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
