A maximum of two persons per room can be accommodated in the Premier Suite and each Deluxe Suite. The rates available for all suites are for two persons. Due to the unique nature of Cabot Lodge and its surroundings, children aged under 12 are permitted to stay only with exclusive-use reservations.
No cancellation fee is applicable to any booking 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Set on a sheep and deer farm overlooking Lake Manapouri and the World Heritage Fiordland National Park, Cabot Lodge offers a Fiordland experience like no other. The Lodge accommodates up to twelve guests, offering luxury and an authentic New Zealand escape at a Kiwi owned and hosted luxury lodge. Daily, guests are provided a cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and baking, a complimentary minibar, evening drink and canapes, followed by a set-menu evening meal incorporating fresh local and farm produce. Guests can enjoy an outdoor hot tub with mountain views, private hiking trails and a private fishing jetty.
