Public holiday surcharge
A maximum of two persons per room can be accommodated in the Premier Suite and Deluxe Suites. A maximum of four persons can be accommodated in the Two-Bedroom Suite. The rates available for all suites are for two persons. An extra charge will apply for any additional guest staying in the Two-Bedroom Suite. Due to the unique nature of Cabot Lodge and its surroundings, children aged under 10 are permitted to stay only by special request.
No cancellation fee is applicable to any booking 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 15 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Set on 2000 acres overlooking Lake Manapouri and the World Heritage Fiordland National Park, Cabot Lodge offers a Fiordland experience like no other. The Lodge accommodates up to ten guests, offering private luxury and an authentic New Zealand escape with a fifth-generation farming family.
Daily, guests are provided a cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and baking, a complimentary minibar, evening drink and canapes, followed by a set-menu evening meal incorporating fresh local and farm produce. Guests can enjoy an outdoor spa pool with mountain views, private hiking trails and a fishing jetty. Cabot Lodge is a luxurious escape on the doorstep of world class hiking, kayaking, fishing, adventure, and the renowned Milford and Doubtful Sounds.
