Accompanying child, $50, see conditions and offers. Single individual, surcharge $50. Pickup and drop off in Masterton $30pp, Pickup in Wellington and drop off Featherston Station for return train to Wellington $50pp. Pickup and drop off in Wellington $100 pp.
Participating adult couples/groups may bring one child (under 18) with them provided that they take responsibility for the quiet occupation of the child through the day. The child may join tour activities with their parents/guardians but not any wine tasting. Drinking water and lunch will be provided to any such child and the additional cost will be NZ$50. We take bookings from single individuals, with a $50 surcharge which will be rebated if we can (by agreement) include you with others.
Full payment is required on booking confirmation. Cancellation within 48 hours of tour commencement - no refund. Cancellation >48 hours <7 days, 50% refund. Cancellation >7days <14 days full refund less $50 administration and planning charge Cancellation >14 days full refund.
Your day begins at 9.30am when John, your wine experience guide will collect you in a comfortable SUV. John brings a rare blend of deep wine knowledge, international tasting experience, formal study Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET 3) with Distinction and long-standing relationships across the local wine community to personally curate a wine experience few can offer. You will taste flagship wines, while learning about the region's history, winemaking approaches & glimpse behind the scenes, and enjoy a relaxing & delicious lunch. Groups up to 4 people are the norm but up to 6 can be accommodated by agreement. Group privacy is assured - groups will not be mixed without your approval. Return to your accommodation or transport point by 4pm.
