Cancellations of pre booked services notified 7 days or more prior to commencement of the service, will not incur a charge. Cancellations of services made within 6 to 2 days of commencement of the service, will be charged at 50% of the quoted price. Cancellations of services within 24 hours of the booked pick-up time, or failure to arrive, will be charged at 100% of the quoted price. BRG will use its discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness & flight disruptions.
