FourForty Back Country Adventure Loop.

The back country ride is an epic loop suitable for grade 3 plus E mountain bikers. The ride starts with a massive 6.5 km climb with amazing views out to the Hauraki Gulf. The climb peaks at an altitude of 484 vertical meters and you are treated to a vista worth the ride up the hill. The ride links with the top of our trail network and you a treated with a truly epic 3.5 km descent through some of our world class grade 3 flow trails. This bucket list ride for E mountain bikers looking to take on a challenge that rewards you every pedal. This loop will be run along side our shuttle service and other park activities, we have rental E mountain bikes available and comes with everything you need to ascend the loop and the decent back down.
