Bookings cancelled no earlier than 24 hours of pickup are entitled to a full refund, LESS a $19 administration fee. Bookings cancelled between 6 and 24 hours of pickup are entitled to a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled within 6 hours of pickup are unfortunately NON refundable.
