Pricing and Conditions

• Further pricing information: All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude 15% Government Goods & Services Tax. • The rate is quoted on a per person, per night basis (with the exception of the Owners Cottage which is quoted per night). • A holiday season surcharge of NZD $200.00 per person per night applies to guests staying 23rd December 2011 - 5 January 2012. • A two night minimum stay applies over dates 18 & 27 September 2011, 1 - 30 October 2011, and high season 15 December 2011 - 31st March 2012. • Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket to dinner and we ask that guests respect the non smoking policy within the Lodge and guest rooms. • Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed at time of reservation. * To confirm a reservation over 18 & 27 September, or during the month of October 2011 special booking conditions apply. We require a non refundable 50% deposit on accommodation booked and the final 50% is due 15 September 2011. Deposits and payments for reservations over this period will be non refundable upon cancellation or reduction of the total room nights reserved. Children and Families: • Cape Kidnappers welcomes family’s travelling with children • Infants & Children under the age of 5 are free of charge when occupying adults room using existing bedding. Cribs are available complimentary for children up to the age of 2 years. Additional Beds can be arranged for Ridge or Lodge Suites only and a charge will apply. • Interconnecting rooms are available and can be booked in conjunction with a Hilltop Suite • Private dining arrangements will be made for families dining with children under the age of 12 after 7:00pm
