All transactions are conducted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, at times there may be some variance in the amounts refunded compared to the amount initially charged. Cruise Fiordland does not accept any liability for these variances or any subsequent credit card/bank charges relating to these transfers to customer's accounts.
Private Charter and Individual Reservations have a 25% Non-Refundable deposit to be paid within 48hrs of Booking with balance payable 30 days prior to Departure. Cancellation of any reservation less then 30 days before the departure no refund will be given. Due to any circumstances where we have to cancel a cruise a full refund will be given. Please check the booking confirmation details before paying for your cruise. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Cruise Fiordland specialises in mixed group scheduled cruises based in Fiordland.
Our vessel the MV Cindy Hardy is well equipped and very spacious as we only allow for 10 passengers per scheduled cruise. We have 5 cabins each with an attached ensuite bathroom so there is no waiting around for a nice hot shower after a day of adventure. Cruise Fiordland operates right through out Fiordland, whether its the Northern or Southern Fiords we can take you there.
We don't do daily schedules, we take our clients interests and do our best on a day to day basis to achieve them. Whether its relaxing, catching a fish, sight seeing, or jumping ashore for a wander we have it covered.
