Prepayment Policy The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price. Cancellation All cancellations must be written and received 14 days prior to the tour start. In conformity with business practices within the New Zealandic travel industry, we at Escape to Marlborough or a Travel Agent is obliged to charge cancellation fees to passenger(s) as follows: Cancellation Charges Cancellation received more than 14 days prior to departure are fully refunded.
