Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 75% of total booking. Cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of total booking. Covid related cancellations, will be fully refunded. We will make every effort to re-book and if successful there will be no cancellation fee.
Kaeppeli's self-contained accommodation, has commanding views over bush, beach and bay. Nestled on the hill above Kuaotunu Beach and beside Matarangi Reserve, with its 4.7km bush walk.
