Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of total booking. Cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of total booking. We will make every effort to re-book and if successful there will be no cancellation fee.
Kaeppeli's self-contained accommodation, has commanding views over bush, beach and bay. Nestled on the hill above Kuaotunu Beach and beside Matarangi Reserve, with its 4.7km bush walk. Abundant bird life and friendly farm animals add to this peaceful setting far removed from city life. A perfect place to relax, unwind, enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. The dining room has basic kitchen facilities plus a BBQ on the deck. An ideal base for exploring the Coromandel.
