Beautiful and tranquil gardens set on the edge of the Tauranga inner harbour. Water lilly ponds, natural wetlands, mature trees and plantings the gardens are a delight all year round. Native and exotic birds both free range and in aviaries.

This beautiful park, set on the edge of Tauranga harbour, is simply paradise. Established 41 years ago, the mature gardens are a tranquil oasis with formal and informal planting, water lily ponds and contemporary sculpture set amongst secluded lawns. The gardens are home to a large number of birds including native, Kereru, Kawaupaka (little shag), Papango (Teal) and Kakariki.

Visitors can hand feed the friendly peacocks, exotic pheasants and doves that roam the grounds. The café serves morning and afternoon tea or a variety of options for lunch. Golf cart tours are available as well as self drive. Cafe and gardens open 7 days a week. Check mid winter hours.
