No experience – no problem! While no prior experience is needed, English speaking, good swimming ability in moving water (like the ocean), comfort with heights and a medium level of fitness is required. You’ll need to be physically able to strut your stuff in a wetsuit for up to 4 hours, navigating through the terrain with walks, climbs, swims and moves that’ll leave you feeling like a true adventurer.
