As a small, intimate operation, cancellations impact our ability to serve all guests. Therefore, we follow a strict cancellation policy: 14+ days before booking: Full refund. 13 days to 48 hours before booking: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before booking: No refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to pohatufarm@gmail.com If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather), we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule.
