Tours and rentals run daily, weather and tide permitting. Open from 9am till 5pm, September - June Easy bookings online through our website www.raglankayak.co.nz Children must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum of 2 people to run our tour. Weather permitting. Bookings Essential.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

With our kayaking activities it is important to confirm numbers in advance in order to run the program smoothly and to follow ratio. Because there is cost involved when doing bookings & we possibly had to deny others; we’ve organized this cancellation policy so no one loses. If you decide to cancel a week prior to your tour; we will charge you 20% of your Total Booking. Within 24 hours; we will ask for a full payment. If you are aware of a change in your group number or schedule, please tell us.
