Minimum Numbers: Guided tours require a minimum of 2 participants to depart. Age Restrictions: The minimum age for our guided tours is 8 years old. All children (16 and under) must be accompanied by an adult. Rental Prerequisites: To hire equipment for Freedom Rentals, all participants must be confident swimmers. Operator Cancellations: (Weather & Safety): A gift card/voucher to the full value or a complete refund will be available for any outings cancelled by us due to weather conditions exceeding our operational safety limits. Customer Cancellations: More than 7 days prior: Cancellations made more than 7 days before your tour departure will receive a refund less a non-refundable 20% booking fee. Within 7 days prior: Cancellations submitted within 7 days of tour departure incur a 50% cancellation fee
