VR use is generally acceptable for ages 12 and above. 7-12-year olds will need to be supervised directly by an adult. Motion games require the player to be able to move the harness to trigger the sensors so smaller players might not be able to experience specific titles.
Realm allows rescheduling up to 3 hours before the booking time. Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance. For cancellations without 24 hours warning, payments will not be refunded.
