$150/$200 spa pool fee (if you wish to use it) at applicable properties. A cleaning fee applies variable per property.
Final balance is due 42 days prior to arrival. We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Seasonal rates and minimum stays apply. Please enquire with your dates for a quote. 25% deposit required at time of booking. Rates are inclusive of GST (15% NZ tax), all linens and WIFI.
Unexpected events can impact your travel plans; we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Cancellations that occur within 42 days of arrival will incur the total accommodation cost. Cancellations 43 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded 95% of the accommodation cost. Credit card fees are non-refundable. Changes or alterations to bookings can be made at least 43 days prior to arrival subject to availability.
