Everyone must be able to swim, be confident in water and reasonably fit. Basic swimming skills are required by all participants. Skills needed are moving forward with a freestyle kick, turning and balancing.

The 'Sledging' trip takes you on a run of up to 9 km long, has a great balance of exciting rapids and beautiful scenery, and finishes with a gourmet sandwich by Wild Earth at the historic Goldfields Mining Centre. The 'drift' trip includes a jetboat ride up river and up to 5km gentle riverboarding through stunning scenery to finish up with a gourmet sandwich by Wild Earth at the historic Goldfields Mining Centre.
