All children up to the age of 16 must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult of 18 years or older.
We request 48 hours' notice in advance for all cancellations. All cancellations will incur a $10 administration fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible to transfer to booking credit with 12 months expiry, but no monetary refund will be offered due to the amount of planning that goes into making each tour a unique experience.
We offer sustainable travel experiences that connect you with nature, from breathtaking short walks to wildlife encounters, all while preserving the environment. Travel responsibly, explore consciously, and leave only footprints behind. Our standard tours depart from and return to Invercargill, but we can offer Dunedin or Queenstown pick-up or drop-off for an added fee. For your enjoyment, we recommend spending a night in the region to get the best experience if your pick-up address is outside Invercargill, Gore, or Balclutha.
