For group bookings of 10 - 15 people we can offer a 10% discount and for 15 people plus a 15% discount. We also offer combo packages where we arrange your full itinerary for the day. These combos can include exciting wilderness white water rafting, electric mountain biking, and more. Please enquire for more information on how we can help build an ideal day out for you. Please note prior to any river trip, all medical conditions need to be declared in the activity disclaimer form.
For a cancellation within 1 week prior to 24 hours of a trip booking for the Te awa Kairangi/Hutt river grade 3 trip and the grade 2 family fun trips a 20% of the full price may be held. For a cancellation within 24 hours prior to a booking then 50% of the full price may be held. For a no show the full price will be held. For the helicopter access rafting trips any cancellation within 1 week prior to the trip booking a 50% may be held from the full price.
