Scheduled departures are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Pre booked group tours are on demand.

You can transfer to another departure time 7 days prior to booked departure date provided space is available. Outside of that time frame a cancellation fee is charged and new bookings must be made. A cancellation received 7 days or more prior to departure date will receive a 60% refund on full cost of tour/Package. A cancellation received 3 – 7 days prior to tour departure will receive a refund of 50% of full cost. There will be no refund for any cancellations received 3 days or less prior to departure. Taiamai Tours Heritage Journeys reserves the right to change, alter or cancel any of our tour options due to adverse weather, events or conditions that may occur beyond our control.
