Additional visitors by prior arrangement only. No weddings please. We reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred due to damage to the property by guests including dogs. No noise at all outside after 10pm. No spa use after 10pm.
There is a non refundable booking fee of 10% of the booking value. Should you cancel this booking less than 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the booking value will be refunded. Should you cancel this booking less than 7 days prior to arrival date, 25% of the booking value will be refunded. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival are non refundable.
Everland Retreat is a large house located a short walk from Martinborough square suited to groups of between 6 and 13 people.
There four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a separate lounge, TV room (doubles as 5th bedroom). There is a large dining or conference room, full kitchen and laundry. The backyard includes a large deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and a spa pool that adds to the opportunity to enjoy and relax. Heating is generated from a log fire /arguer that is complimented by a gas fire. One well behaved dog is welcome after prior approval. Noise restrictions apply after 10. Minimum number of guests is 6. No unarranged extra guests or parties without prior approval.
