Additional visitors by prior arrangement only. No weddings please. We reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred due to damage to the property by guests including dogs.
There is a non refundable booking fee of 10% of the booking value. Should you cancel this booking less than 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the booking value will be refunded. Should you cancel this booking less than 7 days prior to arrival date, 25% of the booking value will be refunded. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival are non refundable.
Everland Retreat is a large house ideally located a short walk from Martinborough square suited to groups of between 2 and 10 people.
With four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a separate lounge, TV room, and large dining or conference room, you will also find a full kitchen and laundry.
The usually peaceful spot is idea to relax with friends or family. The back yard includes a large deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and a spa pool that adds to the opportunity to enjoy and relax. Central heating generated from a log fire is complimented by a gas fire.
One well behaved dog is welcome but please be sure to clean up after him/her.
The large dining area is well suited to celebratory meal or small conference by prior arrangement only please.
