Guests must be 22 years or older to book and must also stay at the house. Parking for 1 vehicle in the designated garage. No Smoking. No parties – extra charges will apply if we get called out for noise complaints and anti-social behaviour. The apartment is to be left tidy with dishes done, wet towels on bathroom tiles not bedroom floors or beds, rubbish in the big bins provided and all win.

We will refund: 100% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date. 80% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date. 50% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 30-60 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. * less credit card fees incurred and $150 admin fee.
