Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (2.9% credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. Child Policy: The guest who books must be 25 years of age
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
On the ground level you will find a comfortable queen room, quiet and private. There is also a large rumpus room or a second living area with comfortable seating and a single bed plus trundle bed underneath. Upstairs you will find the master suite features a queen-size bed, and a private and compact ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a family bathroom with full bath and shower finishes off this space. The living area offers panoramic views of the ocean along the Papamoa coastline. Expansive and comfortable, there is plenty of space for you to relax. A high-end kitchen with gas cooking, an espresso coffee machine, a scullery, and a breakfast bar.
