At times you will need to cancel or postpone a treatment(s). Any cancellation of a treatment must be advised with 48 hours notice prior to treatment to avoid cancellation fees. A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged if the treatment has not been cancelled at least 48 hours prior. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total treatment cost will be charged if, on cancellation, no notice has been provided or if a ‘no show’ occurs.
Delamore Lodge is a haven for total relaxation for the body and the soul. Our spa treatment rooms, which are situated next to the jacuzzi and sauna, will give you complete comfort during your luxurious treatments. Or if you prefer, you can relax and enjoy your treatment in the privacy of your suite while overlooking the stunning Owhanake Bay, on Waiheke Island.
