Dyers House was built in 1906 and was one of the first houses on the hill. It offers luxury accommodation, yet retains its original charm and personality. Overlooking the city and Canterbury Plains, Dyers House has spectacular panoramic views from the Southern Alps to the sea. The three spacious bedrooms also offer views of the Alps and city and have queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Double glazing, under floor heating and full insulation ensure your comfort. Bedroom facilities include bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer, iron, tea, coffee and snacks, as well as TV and DVD. Other facilities include a library and Broadband WIFI.
Just 10 minutes away from the city centre as well as award winning cafés, bars, vineyards and restaurants.
