Long term rates available on application. Minimum stay 3 nights.
On making a reservation a 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total balance of the cost of the booking is required and is non refundable in the event of a no show. The cancellation fee applies to the total period booked. We advise guests to take out travel insurance to cover the unexpected. (In the event of cancellation, if we are able to rebook the period concerned we will refund the equivalent cancellation fee)
Emerald Villas comprises two separate apartments with elegant décor including: two double bedrooms with king size beds, full kitchen facilities with dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower, laundry,and a large outdoor garden area with BBQ facilities for your exclusive use. In addition, there is off Street Parking and Free Wireless Internet available.
The Villas are connected to the Emerald Inn complex for use of the swimming pool. Located only 10 minutes from downtown Auckland via the Harbour Bridge and within walking distance of Takapuna Beach and a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.
