* If the reservation is cancelled more than 22 days before pick up sate, we will refund the deposit in full. * If the reservation is cancelled between 7 - 21 days before the pick up date, there will be a charge of $300 (loss of deposit) or 20% of the total hire cost, whichever is higher. * If the reservation is cancelled between 1 and 6 days before the pick up, there will be a charge of 50% of the total gross rental cost. * If the reservation is cancelled on day of pick, or the customer 'no-shows', then you will be charged 100% of your total rental cost. * There is no refund for early vehicle returns.
