Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
This beautifully styled coastal home offers spacious open-plan living, perfect for families or couples. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, comfy couches, a window seat, and bean bags for the kids. Step outside to a built-in seating area that captures the morning sun, ideal for a quiet coffee. A second lounge features stacking doors that open to the backyard and BBQ deck. With a pull-down queen bed, bunk room, extra sofas, and a second bathroom, it’s a great spot for relaxing afternoons and BBQs while the kids play. All beds have fresh, quality linen, and the kitchen comes stocked with basics to get you started or dine out at Mt Maunganui's award-winning eateries nearby.
