Insurance excess for Wheelchair Vehicles is $350, and for Hand Control vehicles is $250. Delivery and collection fees may apply.

Cancellation and amendment fees: More than one month in advance of booking – No fee; booking deposit repaid in full. One week to one month before booked pick-up date – 10% of hire fee*. Two days to one week before booked pick-up date – 50% of hire fee* . Less than two days before booked pick-up date – Full hire fee*. Late pick-up or early return of vehicle – No refund. *excludes relocation or one way hire fees unless non-refundable.
