Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the trip departure time will incur 10% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refund if cancelled within 4 hours prior to departure, failure to join the service, no-show or cancellation after departure. We reserves the right to charge an alteration fee. We reserves the right to cancel or amend any travel in the interests of customer safety & comfort.
