Children aged 5 and above are welcome and must be supervised by a responsible adult; all children require their own seat and are charged full price. Optional light walking is included; assistance is available. Please advise any medical, mobility or dietary needs in advance. Tours may be modified for safety or weather. Guests must follow tikanga and safety guidance. Public liability insurance applies; participation is at own risk.
We prepare each tour with care for our manuhiri/visitors. Cancellations made 6 days or more before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the tour are non-refundable. If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose a full refund or an alternative tour date. No refunds are given for no-shows or late arrivals.
