We understand that plans can change. As a small space with limited bookings each day, late changes have a real impact on us. Because of this, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you make a change more than 12 hours before your session, your booking will be credited to your account to use at a later time. Changes within 12 hours of your session, or not showing up, will be charged in full.

Enjoy a 45- minute session in your own private room to sauna, shower, reset and take your time. Filtered water and a plush towel are provided, along with Sans (cosmeceuticals) amenities and Bluetooth connectivity, so you can settle into your own rhythm.
