For confirmed bookings cancelled by you within 48 hours of the transfer or tour date, a 50% refund will be given. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pick up or tour date will be charged the full cost of the original booking. No shows will also be charged the full cost of the original booking. If we have to cancel the transfer or tour due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse road or weather conditions you will receive a full refund or offered an alternative time.
