Any cancellation by the customer must be made in writing by the person completing the booking and is not effective until such cancellation is received by Shorebird Cycles Ltd. Within 7 days of departure: No refund 7 – 14 days before departure: 75% of total cost 15 – 31 days before departure: 50% of total cost 32 – 60 days before departure: 25% of total cost 61+ days before departure, total refund No refunds will be made for early returns, late pick-ups, no-shows or changing your mind.

Everyone has different requirements and interests - Shorebird Cycles offer everything from a simple half day discovery hire to an all inclusive multi-day hire, with shuttle and luggage services. As cycling enthusiasts we have invested in the latest e-bikes, trail bikes and accessories to ensure your trip is as enjoyable as possible.
