The property is surrounded by water, and there are ponds at the entrance to the house - It is not suitable for young children that are unable to swim. There are some drop-offs to the water's edge. Security cameras are on the property and will be on 24/7. Any damage to the property, or additional cleaning, will be on-charged. No smoking inside. No parties or events without prior approval. No more than 12 guests are allowed on the property without prior arrangement.
Fully refundable 60 days prior to booking. If it is noted that additional guests have been on the property, an additional charge of $200/person/night will be added to your account. The 9 acre property is hosted by resident property managers for your convenience. Due to the noise traveling across the water, music needs to be turned off by 11pm. No sound systems are to be brought to the property. Copy of driver's licence or passport will be taken at check-in.
