Nightly rate includes all taxes, cleaning and linen costs.
No events/parties, no smoking, no pets, no children under 16 years. Two night minimum stay applies all year round. Additionally, three night minimum stay applies on New Zealand Public holidays, long weekends (regional anniversary dates) and over the Christmas/New Year periods from approximately mid-December to mid-January.
Payments and Cancellation: 100% payment required upfront. 100% refundable up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refundable 7-14 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in.
Offering peace and tranquility, soak in the ambient sounds of the river and birdlife. Despite our rural location on the Old Forgotten Highway, we are only 2.8km from town. Conveniently close to historic rail cycle and walking trails, golf course, kayaking and jetboat activities, Forgotten World rail cart, alpaca farm, fly fishing is 1 minute away, four gardens of significance including a lavender farm and an easy drive to the National Park and ski fields. Both two-bedroom homes offer king beds throughout, all linen provided, coffee/tea, safe, free WIFI and every comfort of home. A gun safe is available for hunting activities and the property is suitable for helicopter landing/take off. This is an ideal retreat with adventure on the door.
