We offer a full refund of deposits if your travel is disrupted by government Covid travel related restrictions, if we are notified prior to the arrival date. For non-Covid related disruptions, deposit refunds are subject to 14 days notice prior to the arrival date. Non-Covid related cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur a one night accommodation charge. No-shows incur the cost of the entire reservation.
Villa del Lago is a premium complex on the shore of Lake Wakatipu. It has its own beach and a small wharf.
The centre of Queenstown is three minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk along the lake shore pathway - a superior peaceful location with genuine lake front mountain and water views.
