This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. House would need to be left locked and tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the big bins. Bins must be put out on Tuesday night. Guests must be 22 or over to book and must stay at the house. Free mid-stay clean and linen change for bookings 12 nights or more.
We will refund 100% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date. 80% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date. 50% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 30 - 60 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. * less credit card fees incurred and $150 admin fee. The lounge areas are spacious with skylights to make them light and bright while encompassing the views of the lake & mountains. The galley kitchen is well equipped including slow cooker/rice cooker, Nespresso Coffee machine with milk frother and stick blender. Both TV's have free 2 air channels and are Netflix capable. The master bedrooms are located on the top level, living areas on the middle level and guest bedrooms downstairs. Outside we have two outdoor dining areas both with BBQ's. There is no internal door between the apartments. We have parking onsite for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage & 2 in the driveway). Can hire a spa pool. A short stroll to downtown Queenstown. Perfect base to explore Queenstown and surrounding areas.
